I recommend Remington Park Apartments. Management is awesome. Pets allowed with a low deposit if one at all. Love it here. Wouldn't go to any other apartments in Siloam.

We have been renting a home through Real Property Management: River Valley Team for the past nine months. First, during the winter months the furnace stopped working, we made several calls and it took days to get a repairman to the house. Then, in July 2016, the drains stopped up.. We called a few times and finally, after several hours, they returned the call and told us that we would need to go to their website to get a 'repair order' so they could submit it for repairs. When I called back the girl in the office was incredibly rude and yelled at me on the phone. Every time I would try to explain the problem she would start talking over me in a very loud voice. I finally lost my temper and she hung up on me. This is no way to run a property management company. When people have a crisis with the home they have leased they are directed to a website and the company WILL NOT answer their phones. I know there is nothing we can do about the horrible way they treat people, but I intend to warn everyone that I can to stay clear of that company!
