Real Property Management West Palm Beach is a horrible company that will rob you blind as a tenetI am more then happy to provide photos of my apartment from when I moved in until I moved outThe company will not give you your security deposit until days after you move out, in hopes that you don't have pictures to dispute their claims they make for damages and deep cleaningI scrubbed my apartment clean and also put touch up paint on the wall patched every tiny hole and broke absolutely nothing and they still took over $dollars from my depositThey claimed I broke a screen over my sliding glass door out back I never even used onceThey also waited until after a hurricane to inspect my home even though I had already been out for weeks priorEven while your living there they do not care about their renters while I lived there within hours of moving in my dish washer got a huge leak I called to tell them and they said fix it yourself because if they send someone out and find out it's an easy fix they will charge me for their repairI asked to be there for the inspection days prior to moving out and of course they said its against their policy because it's obliviously their intention to make it hard for you to dispute their claim I am a military veteran with a wife and a one-year-old child and I hope that they company will not get another opportunity to screw over a hard working family
