operated franchise location and they should have reached out to you to get this resolved.   We always review and help facilitate communications with franchise offices in order to get issues resolved, but it is up to the owner of the independently owned and operated franchise location to resolve these matters.

I am rejecting this response because the corporate office is responsible for training franchisees to follow standard operating procedures and the law. I contacted RPM's HQ in the hopes that they might be interested in mediating a solution, which was obviously a false hope. I will escalate my issue appropriately through other channels.
