Terra Management has very poor business practices In our experience, they are incompetent and incapable of managing any type of condo / multi- unit property No communication at all from this company for months and months - and then you hear from their attorney!! The common sense approach would be to simply send communications to the home owners Dealing with this company is tbeyond frustrating
