My name is *** *** and I am one of the owner's of RPA I am sorry that you received this invoice after such a long period of time from your tenancy with us I looked into this matter with *** *** and our bookkeeping team It appears that a vendor was very late
in issuing a final bill However, that is not an acceptable excuse and I would like to try and make things right with you
RPA will pay the outstanding invoice as well as send you a check for $100.00. You will not be contacted again with regard to owing any monies. If this is acceptable, please reply with your mailing address and we will get the check out immediately
