This is another industry professional who's own agent unfortunately had not read or understood the procedures in regards to earnest funds and how they were supposed to be handledIn addition, the buyer was to purchase the property but after the inspection the buyers attorney opened
the contract back up for negotiation by requesting repairsThis caused a myrid of problems one of which was a default in the buyers obligation to perform as agreed in the contractBecause of this the seller gave his attorney and *** instructions to terminate the agreementSince at that time it was a contractual legal issue between the buyer and seller it was out of our handsWe did, in an effort to help resolve the situation, speak to our seller to help him become comfortable with the contract terms once more and move forward with the purchase. This complaint was filed before we even spoke or had a chance to assist this buyer with the issueThis buyer DID complete purchase this homeWith the time and effort we put into making this transaction happen for this buyer I am completely surprised I am responding to a complaint with the Revdex.com. This was a legal issue between the buyer and seller, We did all we could to assist in the situation but all of this was out of our handsThis buyer was not even represented by Real People Realty he had his own representation through another company
