Review: Our company was renting from Real Office Centers till Jan. 17, 2014. Since then we have had numerous communications by e-mail regarding the refund due to us. They are NOT responsive - their staff is not professional in communicating back when a refund would be issued. They overcharged us during our stay and the total amount expected from them is $1756.33. As of now the last e-mail is that the accounting department is mailing the check (beginning of April). Today is April 24, 2014. All e-mail communication will be provided upon request.Desired Settlement: refund of $1756.33

On March 13th 2014, a security deposit refund check was mailed to [redacted] in the amount of $1,300.00. On April 1st, new correspondence began with the client`s request for additional security deposit refund due to an overpayment discrepancy. We began to investigate on our end with our accounting department. Each time we responded with the amount we believed to be correct, she countered with a different amount owed. This went back and forth until we finally agreed on the amount of $706.33, which was $1,050.00 less than what the client originally claimed we owed her. This amount was mailed to the client on May 14th, 2014 and received via Fed Ex May 15th, 2014.
