received the work order it stated the problem was a stoppage,    Not a leak. Also we gave fast service and would have loved to make repairs,,,,however we are not the deciding factor. If home owner has a sour taste about not being approved for repairs ,we would suggest reading their contract and or contact their Home warranty.     Sincerely     Long Lane

I am rejecting this response because:
Although I accept them returning to come look at the problem again, I want it to be noted that this company was extremely unprofessional in their course of action over the phone. I never asked the company to come on Labor Day but had to speak to two different employees before they would come out on Tuesday. Their first response was that they couldn't come for over a week from Labor Day. The employee I spoke to was extremely impatient and unfriendly. He even hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking a question. An apology seems warranted, however, the company seems to think it is unnecessary.
