REAL MOVES

My husband and I hired *** to move furniture. He sent 2 teenagers and 1 young guy to move. They came at 2pm and didn't finish with 1 load until 11:46, stating the truck was not big enough and they had to come back and get the rest. They went back and got the load but they DID NOT come back with our goods that night. After calling Wayne and texting (to no avail), my husband decided to call the police. Wayne finally called Saturday morning and told us an elaborate story on why the movers couldn't come back that night. He said he could bring the remainder of the load, but not until after we paid. We paid a deposit up front and had no problem paying upfront if required. But holding our furniture hostage for money is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. Not sure about his self defense class, but consumers need to know how his moving business operates. We will also report him to the Revdex.com.
