I won an autographed item in an auction that was listed as coming with a certificate of authenticityThey sent me a completely different item that at least was signed by the same person, but with no COAWhen I contacted them, they asked for the details of the auction (the date, the lot number, etc.) which I gave them even though I had included all of that in my first emailThey responded again despite several attempts on my partI was never sent a COA and never got the items I actually won
