I am currently dealing with my husband's very serious medical condition and have been absent from the center for days, even weeks, at a time. When that occurs, there is no one dealing with important decisions; which is ultimately our fault and will be rectified by promoting an individual to take my place for the time being. Mistakes have happened in my absence and we sincerely apologize.
At no time was there any intention to lie to anyone, nor to lie about other issues. I try extremely hard to operate a business with honesty and integrity and it is very disheartening to be accused of such an action.
