Real Insurance & Tax Services

I have used this company in the past 4 years, against my better judgment, only to comply with my husband's wishes. In recent events I have found to find this company to be unprofessional, unreliable, and possibly dangerously bad at their job. Two major complaints of mine: (1) I am wanting to understand more of the tax world and ask questions to a "tax professional" to ensure that I am accounting my taxes correctly. I had contacted Real Insurance multiple times, within a month's span, to just have a conversation and I never received a return call and was always told that I was going to get a call back. (2) In questioning their work, I had personally contacted 2 other CPAs and found that they had completed our taxes COMPLETELY inaccurately and was advised to no longer work with Real Insurance. In conclusion, I wanted to submit this review purely to warn others and to make known to Real Insurance of their malpractice.
