Thank you for allowing me to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.  In December 2016, Ms. [redacted] and her three partners attended a live three (3) day training on how to invest in real estate.  No promises of certain returns were promised.  However, attendees were invited to...

purchase additional training that would teach individuals certain strategies on how to invest in real estate.  At the time of their purchase, Ms. [redacted] and her partners were given three (3) business days to review and revoke their purchase.  They failed to make such a request.   Now Ms. [redacted] complains to the Revdex.com that the company's advertisement claims were inaccurate, and but for those claims she would not have entered into the agreement with the company.   A careful examination of Ms. [redacted]' notes with the company shows neither her nor her partners have even attempted to use the services offered.  For example one of the largest values of their purchase is the opportunity to attend a four (4) day live training session which focused on their individual needs as a real estate investor.  Not only has Ms. [redacted]'s group not used this service, they have never attempted to schedule attendance at one of the multiple events held.  Most company clients who actively pursue the training attend these courses within a month or two after purchasing the training.   Furthermore, their customer notes indicate, they have failed to attend most of the online training or the live training updates.  Clients are instructed on how to make offers on real estate.  To date the clients have reported only one offer in over nine (9) months.  Not all offers are accepted, and they don't necessary result in making money, but you cannot make money in real estate unless you are willing to make offers.  Their one and only offer occurred in February.  At this point they should have made 100s of offers per month.  In regards to the credit card situation with SEED.  SEED is a third party company who offers credit to individuals.  If clients desire to obtain more credit they make an application with SEED.  The company does not involved in the granting or denying of credit through SEED.  It is not a party to the contracts between SEED and the clients.  In short, SEED is a separate company, and if Ms. [redacted] has an issue with SEED she should raise that directly with them.  We have had several calls with Ms. [redacted] over the past year.  In June she began to ask for her money back and requested a chargeback, which we won.  It is clear neither her or her partners have put the time necessary to see success in real estate investing.  With that said we are willing to meet our commitments regarding her purchase.  At this time, however, we are unwilling to release Ms. Kamalewicz of her contractual obligations.  Please contact me if you have any questions.  Thank you

In regards to complaint ID# [redacted].I have reached out to the consumer and we reached a mutually satisfying resolution to this complaint. We thank Mr. [redacted] for his patience and appreciate his efforts to work with us. We consider this matter resolved and closed. Thank You.

To whom it may concern,We appreciate the opportunity that the Revdex.com has given us to respond to this complaint. We immediately contacted Mrs. [redacted] about her situation and we are happy that we were able to reach a resolution to this matter and wish Mrs. [redacted] a speedy recovery.

I have personally spoken with the consumer regarding this complaint. The consumer has agreed to drop this complaint since it is regarding a 3rd party company. We thank the consumer for working with us to resolve their concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:  In March, 2017, I contacted Real Estate Workshops and spoke with Mr. Aaron D[redacted].  During that conversation, Mr. D[redacted] offered to settle for an amount of approximately $30,000, which I refused, because it is inadequate, and does not allow me to recover from this horrendous loss.  Upon my refusal, Mr. D[redacted] became angry and rude, and went into a rant, directing insult after insult at me personally.  I hung up to terminate the abuse.I am requesting a full refund of all tuition expenses, which amounted to $50,897, plus $1,103 in travel expenses.  Since my conversation with Mr. D[redacted], I have filed a dispute with Universal Accounting Services, who was receiving payments from me on approximately $5,400 that was financed by REW.  UAS ceased accepting payments because of my dispute, however, four payments, totaling $686.88 were made through this payment service. Therefore, I am requesting full restitution in the revised amount of $47,276.88.REW has not demonstrated that they are serious about settling my dispute.  My claim of $47,276.88, is a realistic assessment of the damages I have incurred.
