Mr*** contacted us at the end of June, regarding issues with his Homeowners Association He was advised at that time we would have to wait for a response from his Board of Directors in order to address his concerns He contacted us again at the end of July which then caused
us to followup with his Board of Directors again We were able to finally get answers for him from the Board of Directors and pass those along to him At this time, he stated he was satisfied with the follow up and had no further concerns.Since our business is to assist the Board of Directors with an HOA, sometimes it takes time to get answers Especially since the Board of Directors do work full time jobs outside of being on the Board.Regards, Johnico B***Real Estate Unlimited, LLC
