I provided $750 to clean up my credit report and I have supporting documentation clearly stating that my funds will remain in a bond account and will not be released to the company until you are completely satisfied and I have not heard back from them in months still waiting on my refund, I think I was scammed and taking advantage of and if I was NOT then this company is very unprofessional and I would NOT work with them in the future.Product_Or_Service: 12/10/2012Order_Number: Invoice #[redacted]Desired SettlementI would like my $750 refunded to me as I was told if I was NOT satisfied w/ the results, I would be refunded this money, well I'm not satisfied at all.Business' Initial Response RMC was not aware of a problem until **.
