I have paid for an online Salespersons Fundamentals of Real Estate course to obtain my realtor's license in MI and ran into some technical issues with the software. I was able to contact tech support and resolve the issue. The same issue started again so I called back. When I tried to contact tech support again the next day, no one picked up, and I haven't heard back. I have called the tech support number multiple times, left a voicemail, and emailed with no response. I even contacted the business directly and left a voice mail. I want to be able to finish my course or get a refund so that I can start another one if this business cannot provide the product they advertised and stated.

We spoke to *** thus am 2/17/2020 and her course has already been working as it should. Tech support had responded and fixed the issue shortly after her first call. This issue was an extraordinary issue caused by a software upgrade that had unintended unforeseen issues. Tech support was working 24/7 to fix progress issues that some students experienced. We expect no further issues, however, ***'s difficulties are noted at the highest level. Sometimes problems occur and it was handled as quickly as possible. We value our customers. We understand ***'s frustration as this issue occurred shortly after she signed up. Thank you for reaching out to us in this matter so we could connect with ***. The issue has been resolved and as long as it continues to work or my tech issues are addressed I am satisfied.
