I am sorry that this has happened to Ms***We are unable to waive the proctor as this is a state requirement and out of our controlWe do not have the power to do soAll of our courses have an affidavit that they are supposed to read and digitally sign and agree toIn the affidavit, it
explains the proctor requirementI understand that she is not an area where there is a local proctorI am willing to work with herI do want her to be successful and I want to help herIf she can do a little research and send us 3-places that are close to her location like a library, community college, where someone who is not a real estate agent or a family member or friend, we will reach out to all of them and add them to the list and schedule for her with one of those for her to take the proctor examI will extend her course while we wait for her proctored examShe does not need to contact the places, just send us a list with the name of the institution and a good phone number to contact
