On Feb 27 2020 I I did business with real dealz. And purchased a car from them. On March 27. 2020 a car note was due. With the corona virus all business have been closed. Me and the owners wife had conversations via text as I stated I couldn’t send my payment through cash app as she insisted. She confirmed via text that she will have someone from management meet with me 3/28/2020 for my payment and the conversation happened around 7:30pm at 10:50pm my car was repossessed without any cause. When I asked why she claimed gps told her I wasn’t at the address listed. Having nothing to do with why my car was repossessed. Once I contact the owners I was verbally disrespected and threatened because I asked how are you gonna make arrangements and then not honor them. The owner yelled and told me if I want my car back it’s 700$! Why is that! He hung up in my face I called back and they ignored me. Saturday 3/28/2020 I went to clean out the car and all my personal paper stating I made any payment to the car was destroyed and when I asked where were the papers to my car! I was disrespected by saying it’s not your car and you nothing but drama and then try to say I breach the contract by not having insurance. A month later and now it’s insurance when no one said anything to me in the last month about it. The owner and his mechanic called my boyfriend and told him to watch our back because they real hold *** and they don’t play!
Ms *** was repossessed for non-payment and not maintaining full coverage insurance which was in her lease agreement. She was asked to pay $700.00 because min a repossession fee is $500.00 and her car note which is $200.00. Ms. and her boyfriend who which also has a vehicle from us ,put something into the motor in which is it no longer operable. They both have breached their contracts. They both provide false information on their contracts in regards to residency and employment.
For one thing Ms. had a due payment. She called me that morning and asked could she pay $150.00 and then the remaining balance on 4/1/2020 as I agreed to. I ask her did she make her payment in which she didn’t. I asked her was she going to come in tomorrow and I didn’t get the appropriate response. She claimed she didn’t drive the car in which actually her boyfriend was driving it. Why pay for a car you aren’t driving. There was nothing wrong with the car when she brought it, I agreed for a mechanic to look at it. She didn’t show up for that scheduled appointment. I offered to look at the car in which I didn’t have to do because it was sold AS IS. Which is also in her contract. She’s been notify via UPSP in regards to her repossession, balance due to retrieve her car. She was aware she had to carry full coverage when she signed the proper paperwork and on top of that she told one of my drivers, “I wasn’t going get insurance anyway” which one again is a breach in her contract. This is now a civil matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have attached the conversation from me and the owners wife! Me not having insurance was never a problem and still wouldn’t been a problem if payment was accepted! The owner and his wife verbally told me is was 90 warranty on the engine and transmission. I have a witness that can say they were on the phone durning the transaction. What they are saying I told them is hearsay. Not true I never told them I don’t drive the car my boyfriend does. I’ve attached the conversation pertaining to that. Which states I said I haven’t drove because there was no tags at that time. His wife said I was repossessed because god said I wasn’t at the address! Not because I didn’t pay, and not because insurance
The complaint is for both for sales issues and repair issues. My son who is 16 years old decided to purchase a car from Reals Dealz Auto without his parents’ permission. He used a friend who was 18 years old to get the Bill of Sales in his name. They both drove the car to the home without a 30-day tag. On December 23, 2019, my son and I went Real Dealz Auto and requested the title be in my name because my son paid for the vehicle. They were unable to give me a title until January 4, 2020. On January 6, 2020, I put the car in the shop, and they
stated that it should have been illegal to sale the car in such an unsafe condition. He immediately ask me to take the car back and don't drive the car.
