I have spoken to [redacted] and his delivery has started, we still have a few missed deliveries but are working through it with the carrier[redacted] has been credited back to 5/20/plus one month for his aggravation

In regards to complaint ID of *** submitted on We contacted the person that submitted the complaint on Thursday and they acknowledged receiving a full refund on Monday Ifyou should need anything else please call me in the *** office at the phone number provided
