Real Buy Furniture

Complaint[redacted] The product we purchased was damaged and missing a piece. On not one but four occasions, we were told the piece would be delivered in a three hour time frame. The piece did not come and we were not notified as to its whereabouts. After the fourth time, it showed up, damaged. Not only was the furniture scuffed and marked, but the one piece of furniture we ordered is defective. I called back wanting to return the items which we had purchased and the employee working told me that they could not do this but they wanted to "make us happy". We have called countless times allowing this business to make things right. Every call or message that we asked to be contacted back, we have received no call. Every call we have made since has not been answered. [redacted]Desired SettlementI would request 30% of my last purchase in the amount of $1980.00. This means a refund of $594.00.

I was sold an item that was advertised as on sale. Later I was told it was on "clearance" which was not communicated to me during my purchase.
The company has conflicting signs in the store and disclaimers on their invoices about returns; management gave me a minimal refund and refused to help me, did not return my calls or even record my phone number, and told me it is against policy for customers to deal with head office directly. He told my "situation" to head office without even having heard it from me directly, and any further resoltion was declined.
The item was poor quality and the store manager refused to work with me or return it when he was available, which was very seldom.
After seeking out local repair advice, I was told it would cost more to fix than it is worth. I would not return to this store ever and am seeking legal action due to violations under the Consumer Protection Act.","neg-1
