This customer brought this unit inWas up front with me that the Snowblower and the tractor were really not made for each otherAs instructed by another dealerHe told me he bought a belt and installed it, but appeared to be wrong beltI looked It up by application for the tractor and snowblower, (compatible units) this belt was wrongSo by trial and error we found the belt that would workAfter getting the proper length beltThe snowblower drove , but would not shut off We the made adjustments to the pulley brake to make the snowblower stopWe removed the brake and flipped it over, brake was wore out on one sideThus saving buying more partsafter making adjustments we test run into some snowUnit starts, runs, and stops properlyThis all was time consumingMore to it than just installing a beltHe would not listen to anything other than I was over charging himWe also tightened the wires on the tractor starter solenoidThey were loose and unit wasn't starting the greatestWithout knowing what was done, I over chargedAs far as our professionalism I don't quite Know where that come fromTruth be known I probably had more time than this in this job
