*** *** MY PROBLEM IS THE ROOF IS COMING OFF HAD TO PUT TARP ON ROOF HE HAS NOT BEEN DOWN HERE PERIOD .THE LAST TIME HE WAS HERE HE CHARGED ME $FOR HIS MISTAKE I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER PERSON TO PUT SHINGLES BACK ON AND TO TARP ITHE HAS NOT CALLED OR ANYTHING SO HE IS LYINGAS FOR DRIP EDGE THERE IS ONE HE MESSED IT UP AND THAN CAULKED IT ,STILL NOT FIXED!!!!!!

6/8=spoke w/ MrHHe said he has been to this customer's home three times to address the leak issueHe has determined it is not the roof leaking but the room addition on his house that is the cause of the problemThis addition has no soffit at the window
and that's why the water is running the way it isMrHhas demonstrated this to the customer with a hose to show the problem is where the siding and soffit and window meet, not the roofMrHhas offered to assist this customer as a volunteer to work together on this problemHowever, it is not due to work performed on the roof Regarding the square of extra shingles; customer made a special trip to MrHhouse to give them to him, as he did not want them at his place any longerThey were an unsolicited gift from the customer

paid him $7,000 to complete work at the property which he did not complete. I realize that he is not the owner of the apartments. I represent the owner as the management company and he is the one who has directed that I file this complaint. Thank you.
