Hello,I'm rejecting this response due to the fact I have screenshots of my phone log showing I was actually contacting them, I also have the denial letter from the warranty company which is why I was calling Ready Rider and also I have my receipt showing payment was made for the Service ContractIf there are any issues with the attachments please let me know and I will resend.Thank you, [redacted]
To whom it may concern:This letter is to reply on the Complaint No [redacted] ; for vehicle with [redacted] ,Purchase amount after title and fees: $1,702.93I have attached the contract and all document of this purchase with in this letterThe costumer, [redacted] , came on 02/24/to see the vehicle [redacted] took the vehicle for a test drive andalso took it to her mechanic to get it checked out to make sure that nothing was wrong with itWhen [redacted] came back she said that the car is in good conditions and agreed with the terms and price topurchase the vehicle AS IS.As a used car dealer, Ready Rider Auto Sales LLC offers a warranty program that covers the used vehiclefor any future problemsAt the time, [redacted] did not have the money to pay for the warranty butwanted to purchase it; so, Ready Rider agreed to pay the $for [redacted] [redacted] said she wouldcome back to pay the warranty, but she never came backReady Rider never made any previous repairsto the [redacted] , because it was in good conditionsReady Rider had always done the oil andfluids checkReady Rider is not sure what suddenly happened with the transmissionI am not surewhat inspector was usedBut [redacted] should have first called the warranty; for them to come out andcheck the vehicle[redacted] called and when she figured that she needed to come in and pay for the warranty that sheowed, she stopped answering our calls.Best Regards,Ready Rider Auto Sales###-###-####Please see attached
