Ready Restoration

All this started in October, Some parts of my house flooded. My *** came out and fixed the problem, Which was a leak in the upstairs pipe. He recommend letting Ready Restoration do the job. The beginning of November RR came out to look at the work. They told me they would do it and he would come back next week. When he came back that week he asked for 3,000$ and was paid. He left and didn't come back for several weeks, We called and no answer. When I did get in touch with him, He said he would come out the next day. He didn't, Then the morning after that he showed up. Mind you, Not with a crew and then he said Tomorrow the crew would come out and start the work. On that Thursday when he came out, They cut out 4x4 piece of carpet and a 5x8 piece of the celling. Upstairs they cut out, maybe 2 inches in width and about 12 ft of wall. They also cut out a 4x4 of carpet upstairs and put fans down. They came back in 1 week and removed the fans, The man whom name is *** asked for the rest of the money. I said I would give it to him when he finished the job. He said he needed the money upfront but I didn't give it to him. Then we didn't hear from him until after thanksgiving, Then he said it takes time to get a crew so I asked him if he would have one before Christmas, He replied no. He said maybe after new year, But we have not heard from him since, he wont take my calls, The secretary says he will call back but he never does. Inclosing to cut out 3 small pieces of carpet and a piece pf the celling and a piece of dry wall. Cost us 3,000$ , on one of our talks he said you are not going to get anybody to do this work with the money you have left of the insurance company. - sincerely ***
