appointment during regular bis hours it would be cheaper.she did not. then she called asking me when I would be there the next day at 5pm I said I would not because she did not schedule an appointment.I said I would put here on the schedule,  and I even offered to do the work at a highly discounted rate because she need the car to get to school, there were issues with the car I spent about 6 hours on it.  then she went to the dealer and got a key. I offered to program the key to her car. she thought it would just work and was vary rude.then when she got home and tried it, found out it needed to be programmed. I offered her a deal because she was so concerned about money!!! I said if she had the door lock  instated somewhere els I would program the key for free... and she happily agreed.. well I programmed the key  and shook her hand and left!!!the next day she called me asking me to come over and unlock her car, her son had locked it. I said I would but she would have to pay for that service.she got really angry and started yelling.
