I scheduled a Vehicle for delivery with Ready Logistics on the 16th of May stating the Vehicle would be ready to be picked up by the 18th of May. Today is the 24th of May and I just got off of the phone with Brittany from Ready logistics and she informed me they have not found a transport yet and have escalated the matter. She also told me on the 23rd of May that she would look into this delivery and get back with me. She went as far as to get my phone number to call me back. No phone call no text. Today she says she must have taken down the phone number incorrectly. Please if you value your time and want to get your Vehicle shipped CALL ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN Ready Logistics..
Unfortunately we were not able to move the [redacted]'s car in their desired timeframe. I have looked through all of the communication notes in our system and it is very clear that not enough communication took place, but that is partly due to the voicemail being full for the number that the [redacted]'s...
provided for us to communicate to them. We have notes in our system that we tried to contact them several additional times only to have the voicemail be full. Shipping cars is very different than shipping packages, and it is certainly far from being a perfect science. We NEVER provide guarantees, we simply provide estimates based on our historical data. Our customer service reps are routinely trained to provide estimates only, and they know very well that we never provide guarantees. As you can see from the attached documents, on the purchase confirmation (see attached) that the [redacted]'s received when they ordered the transport they were provided an "Estimated Delivery" of "8-12 Days". This was provided to them at the time of purchase. Furthermore, at the time of purchase they accepted our T's and C's which have an entire section (section 5) dedicated to spelling out our delivery expectations. We clearly, in all caps, state that "NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO DELIVERY TIMES OR DATES". It also states that "All delivery dates are estimates only". As with each and every customer we have we do our very best to meet or exceed our customers expectations. In this case we were not able to get the [redacted]s car picked up fast enough, and therefore the [redacted]s cancelled the transport with Ready Auto Transport. The [redacted]s have been fully refunded 100% of their transport fees. We regret that we were not able to meet their expectations and we hope that in the future they will give us another opportunity to show them what we can do for them. From the notes in our system I understand that Mr. [redacted] is in our Military. We have extensive contracts with our military to help them move vehicles around the nation. We would love the opportunity to earn their business back in the future.The purchase confirmation was copied from the outlook email chain and pasted in a word document because I am not able to attached a .msg file to this response. If you need a copy of the actual email that was sent to the [redacted]s please let me know.
I spoke with the driver and he is at the customer's location right now delivering the vehicle. It is unfortunate that there have been so many delays and setbacks in the schedule. We provide our customers with delivery estimates up front, and then all along the way. We make it clear that there is no...
guarantee on the delivery dates, but that we deliver 90+% of all of our loads within the original estimated delivery dates. Unfortunately, your vehicle was in the 10% that took longer than originally anticipated and experienced several setbacks. I truly do apologize that the delivery of your truck did not go as anticipated and was delayed - this is not the norm, but as stated above it does happen due to weather, truck problems, scheduling problems, etc. We appreciate your patience and communication.

sorry excuses don't work as they stated it was confirmed there shipper stated he had picked it up when he had not they are right we used them because they were manheims recommended so we used them after reading other complaints I felt it was imperative that there was someway other dealers need to know there shoddy business practices I appreciate the fact they want to earn our business but they had the opportunity but in speaking with there manager george he basically told me to shove it and I had 2 options cancel the order or deal with it and when we got it we should be grateful and he basically didn't care people should know who there dealing with george was the most unprofessional person I have run across in 27 years of doing business thanks for you're time
