I have been a customer of [redacted] Home Improvement for many years. [redacted] has installed all new windows, siding & gutters on my home. When I was in need of a new roof, I hired him to do the job Dec 2011 - including the rubber roof on the front of the house. He assured me that he knew how to install the rubber roof properly. This was NOT the case - immediately upon installation, the roof had creases in it, did not lay flat from day 1 & was not glued down properly - especially along the edges. [redacted] never replaced the fron gutter properly, bending it all out of shape to force it together, causing it to clog & leak. He didn't install the new rubber boot around the sewer vent on the roof which caused it to leak & damage the ceiling in my bedroom. After he finally came over to inspect it, he denied it was caused by this - he only believed me when I took him up to the attic to show him. I told him how upset I was - His answer was "Well, sue me." He begrudgingly agreed to fix all the problems before the weather got cold - I've never heard from him since. I have since hired a reputable company to fix the rubber roof & install it correctly. I'm in the process of filing a complaint also with the WI Dept of Consumer Protection. I've also been waiting for MONTHS to get 2 warranty screens from this guy.
