a deck was built onto an existing deck on my property for $3000 less than 3 years ago. The deck is already falling apart.
The other deck is almost 20 years old and it's in better condition than this deck they built.
I would like for the company to repair the deck or return the $3000.
Ms *** had a 8x12 pool deck built in July, 2015 for $2,000.00. Our company offers a warranty for 1 year. With this deck being over 3 years old, we can not make repairs. Also, with all outdoor treated material, the customer will need to keep proper stain to ensure the longtivity of its life. This is especially so with pool deck as it will have salt or chorine water from the pool. We also advise to keep all decks free of clutter, leaves or any type of debris.
