In June of this year signed with Pilar Dto sell my property at ** *** *** in *** New York I was told my house would be marketed and a large for sale sign would be placed on my property
I never received the large for sale sign and the house was not listed properly
MsDsent a text last week stating she would no longer be my realtor
I spoke with me coco from Exit Realty Latham office as I needed a release to work with another realtor I was told I needed to provide a copy of my contract with ms dbecause Ms Dnever provided the papers to the office I signed with me Din June I was also told the listing price would be reduced as I requested The price was not reduced I was not provided with a reasonable For Sale sign Ms Dalso held the key to my home after I asked for it to be returned, finally returning the key by leaving it under a planter outside my porch
A different Exit Realty agent showed up and he did not bring the key to my home I ha
