We have been contacted several times by an extraordinarily rude female customer service rep about magazine renewals She has misrepresented herself as "calling from the publisher" which I have verified is completely untrue with the publisher directly She has informed me that my magazine is due for renewal when in fact it is not She hung up on me on one occasion and when she unexpectedly called back a few weeks later, she hung up on my wife This is bordering on being a scam
