Pacific collection group has been contacting me about a claim from Reader services stating I owe $1,024 for a magazine sub that I have never had.
This group can not give me any details other than I need to pay the money or have it put on my credit file. I have never had a magazine subscription with this company.

False collections request and collections reported to the credit agencies
I received a notice from Pacific Collections Group stating that I owed $1,045.17 to Readers Subscription Service from an order placed 7/13/2016. They stated that this has not been paid when in fact it has been paid in full. They are refusing to contact me and provide any documentation to the collection agency on the payment information. PCG is also refusing to assist in resolving this mis information that they have been provided unless I make another payment to pay off what Readers Subscription Service is claiming I owe them.

What was advertised as a annual fee has been charged as a monthly fee. No valid contact number is given to contact to resolve.
Received charges for $49.90 on six different occasions 3/4/19, 4/3/19, 5/3/19, 6/3/19, 7/3/19 and 8/5/19. This fee was advertised as a one time annual fee. When I attempted to contact the company on 8/8/2019 the phone number given, XXX-XXX-XXXX, prompted me to call a different number, XXX-XXX-XXXX, which led me to an completely unrelated non profit organization. The person that I spoke to at the non profit organization told me that this happens to them quite regularly. I then searched this company on Google and no valid information was found and the number listed on Revdex.com was never answered.

Persistent calls from Merchant.
Have completed any/all obligations with Merchant. Have requested Readers Services, Inc. not contact me in any format. I still get 4 +/- calls daily, and attempts to leave voicemails on my phone. The calls seem based in New York. The number is XXX-XXX-XXXX, and comes from Attica, NY. However, yesterday I answered one of these calls to clarify the caller. The woman stated she was calling from Readers Services, Inc. The location of the call was listed as Alberta, Canada.
