Today (12/22/15) the manager called meHe said that he could see that I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a long timeHe said he would cancel my account and send me a $refund check in the mail (because they no longer have my current account number to credit it to.) He said one account was already closed, and I explained to him that the phone call YESTERDAY was saying it was open and owing $350, and the other one was owing $He said he'd take care of canceling everythingI also requested that I be placed on their do not contact listI plan to call back in a couple weeks to confirm that everything is closed and that my number is not on their listThank you for all your help Revdex.com!! Even though the company has denied making unauthorized charges to my account, I accept their response, since they have stated that they will not make any further charges and will make sure I am on the do not call list. I should have never had to go to these lengths in the first place and am glad that hopefully this will be the end of dealing with this company.
