On 11/24/I placed an order with them for a USB drive After placing the order I realized I had not ordered the correct GB so I sent them an email asking if they could change my order and charge me the difference They could not but said they could cancel the order and would refund the $ I only have the initials of "rks" as the person at Cool Woodwork who cancelled my orderThey did cancel that orderSo I placed my second order on 11/26/for the correct GB USBI did receive the correct orderHowever, ever since the cancellation of my first order on 11/25/16, I have been trying to get the refund of the $ I have emailed them several times and am now getting my emails back as undeliverable If you go to their Facebook page you will find my complaint along with several others that tell about never getting what they ordered Also, no one can seem to find a phone number for anyone at Cool Woodwork (I asked in an email for the number) If you go to their website and
