I have made several attempts to make this particular customer happyUpon speaking with Mrs [redacted] the first initial time about the first complaint filed with you guys I was onsite within hrs to resolve the issue and Mrs [redacted] called to cancel the complaintAt this time it has become a hostile situation due to the instability of her husband ScottScott called me on Sunday April 17th after the storms came through with high winds telling me that the thin lattice they requested was cracking and coming downI told him that it would be a week and a half before I would be back in town and he immediately told me he was taking me to courtI have finished product photos of the job that I'm willing to send you if needed because I want you to understand that I'm not trying to walk out on a customer, just don't feel safe returning with the hostility and because I've been to the property four times since completion taking care of small complaintsIf you have any other questions or requests please feel free to contact me at any time
