Don't bother with this company and use [redacted] insteadThey don't even know their own promotions from the back of their own handThe corporate/franchise structure is brokenIt's not even worth calling "customer support" as they can't do anything and refer any problems back to the local franchisee who does not communicate back to the customerI guess they really do not care about retention and repeat businessThey offer coupons and when you go to use them they can't even figure out the right terms for the use of itI have two different discount coupons that qualify for the amount of junk that I had but was told by the workers who showed up that NO they are notI've called "customer support" or times now to get this sorted but to no availOh well, it's their business loss and now I get to spread the bad word to every forum I can and to everyone I know and see

It's not even worth calling "customer support" as they can't do anything and refer any problems back to the local franchisee who does not communicate back to the customer.
