A manager there cold call harassed me for late fees that I was not aware of, until I screamed to hang up the phone, then it fraudulently claimed that I owe it rent for rent that was paid for and received. It then took me to Preliminary Eviction Court over late fees.

I asked to speak to a manager in regards to problems that were not being resolved and was not allowHad problems with the furnace and was told it was working fine and was left to live in my house during that last few weeks of winter without a furnace Person in charge of my property continuously hung up on me for no reason even when trying to schedule to view another propertyAll around a horrible experienceThey also con you on your security deposit

This place is extremely shady, I'd like to warn anyone who is considering renting with them They didn't wish to include two of the members on our lease because their parents couldn't consign We spent several hours cleaning up the house before we moved out and waiting about a month to get a notification about the status of our security deposit Not only did they take all of our security deposit but they're trying to charge us $extra I asked them to explain these charges and the person I was talking to explained that one of the closet doors fee off of the tracks and cost about $and that the new carpets they had to put in cost $ Further, I tried to get more information about who they used to install the carpets and he gave me wrong information that led me in circlesThey have nice houses but they will try and take every penny and then some from you whenever everything is said and done*side note* me and my roommates paid rent on time every single month for years straight
