ReVolt installed our generator several months ago and there were issues throughout the process Poor communication from them, they were extremely difficult to get in touch withOwner was also rude at times and wrote snarky emailsThey did not mention that local township permits were required and they were never pulled (a fee we would have gladly incurred) and therefore, the generator was never inspected It does not work properly and there was a gas leak They did not take ownership of any problems and continue to shirk responsibility
