I have not had heat or air since 2/25/15 and was promised a coil would be in in 3-5 days. It has now been almost 2 months and I still do not have itI have not had heat or air conditioning since February 25. I was told that a part would be in within 3-5 days and they would install a coil which would solve that problem. It is now April 14 and I still have no heat or air. I have been given dates it will be in three times so far, and been told each time it did not come in, and once told that it came in but was damaged. I feel like this company, is either incompetent or are playing games with me and I am beyond frustrated. I have been very patient up until now and extremely nice about it, but this has been almost two months with no heat and no air. It has been extremely cold during this time, and I have had to go to my parents because when I plugged in my space heater, it blew a fuse because I overloaded a circuit and I lost electricity, and had to pay $75 for an electrician to come and fix this issue. Now I am dealing with it being hot and I have two dogs which also need air. Desired SettlementI want air immediately since I was promise heat and air back in February
