If you want to deal with a real estate business that is at least partially responsible for paperwork around deposit return after an offer does not go through, yet refuses to take responsibility and expects a buyer to accept an unknown date of deposit return because they 'can't locate the seller who has gone on vacation' without signing the relevant release forms, this is the business for you. If however you expect full accountability rather than excuses, I would use a different realtor office. Their agent for the seller did not communicate appropriately and this resulted in a great deal of stress for my family. The manager of the business merely defended himself and his business rather than offering any specific information on how to resolve the situation. If you want accountable action, don't hire this company.
