If I am correctly understanding the complaint, the time frame being referred to is after the listing was terminated with RE/MAX Realty Associates
I am assuming that the terms of their listing agreement with their current brokerage includes how the brokerage will be compensated by MrAnd Mrs ***RE/MAX Realty Associates respectfully declines the Birts' request to pay any fees on their behalf
