The For Sale signage is in a deceiving location causing some confusing with prospective buyers. My client has been informed that she has contacted your office with no resolution, you fused to adhere to her reasonable request. It is not my clients responsibility to refer people to you and give them your number if she is being interrupted by the sign that is deceiving, my client should not have her life be disruptive in any way due to a deceiving sign placement. As a licensed realtor you also to have a code of ethics to abide by as well. My client has the right to enjoy her property peacefully, uninterrupted, without it becoming a private nuisance. My client is asking that you remove the sign from its current location and place it in a more suitable location as noted in the picture attached. (attorney letter sent with no response or action taken)Desired Settlement: move the signage in accordance to attorney letter. Must comply asap to avoid further legal action.
