Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:It is not an accurate representation of the facts of this situation. 1) I asked twice to be provided receipts for the sprinkler system actions In part to ensure I was correctly filling out the tax forms related to this rental property None have ever been provided.2) I have never been informed about a tenant web site If one exists, Mr*** has never provided any information about it.3) The core issue is Mr***'s undependability and lack of action, and his non-responsiveness to my attempts to communicate Early in the timeline of this incident, *** committed three different times to having the repairs made I have text messages, emails, and phone records documenting this After that, he simply stopped responding I have phone records that show repeated text messages and phone calls that have no responses Additionally, on multiple occasions, his admin has answered the phone and has promised to get *** to return my call In fact, her statement during the second conversation was "This is unlike ***, he's usually is right on top of these things" acknowledging the non-responsiveness in previous attempts.4) The issue is not around my access to the back yard It is that the tenant has damaged my property, (still unrepaired), and now has access to my belongings housed in the garage, which is unacceptable This entire time, I have simply wanted the damage repaired and my belongings secured.5) After Mr*** stopped responding, I have pursued several avenues to facilitate resolution of the issue These avenues have included this Revdex.com path (thank you for trying to help) and RE/MAX corporate, who did explain the corporate/franchise business relationship, but also offered to try to encourage Mr*** to resolve the issue This issue began on February 20th It is now June 16th, and is not rectified per my requests that began on February 20th Mr*** is in default on the terms of the property management contract, and I am requesting a refund of his fees in the amount of $540, for the three months he has not performed his job as defined in the contract
Sincerely,
