Re/Max First Olympic

The complaint is bogus...I have pictures of the meter, not movingWe have checked it on several occasionsNo leakThe last time it was checked was this week!He contacted me in July with an ac issue, no mention of the water issue. I have copies of work ordersWe addressed the issue, if it
was on going, he should have let us know. It actually appears that he doesn't pay his water billHe brought in a cut off notice. We did reimburse him when there was actually a problemHe keeps trying to get out of paying rent, late fees anything he can. My assistant has been in the office several times when he has been in and he scares her to death with his odd mannerisms and rude behaviorI had remained calm many times when he came in, but he came in making demands on me, with no appointmentI asked him to leave.
