Review: I purchased my home from a man who had used a Realtor at Remax Cornerstone Realty when he purchased the property, so he was in their database as a previous customer. He did not retain a Realtor from Remax Cornerstone Realty when he listed the home for sale and I purchased it. I did not retain a Realtor from Cornerstone and I have never been a customer of this company. Remax Cornstone Realty has continued to send mail/marketing materials to the previous owner of my home, at my address. I have reached out to them on several occasions by email and phone explaining that the person they are sending material to no longer lives here, and requesting to be removed from their mailing list. Each time my request has been ignored. I need some assistance in getting them to stop sending mail to me that I do not wish to receive. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want to be removed from their mailing list and not contacted by them anymore.
