Sorry to just be getting back to you- I've been out of the office all morning I am attaching the move in and move out reports for the past tenants of Shenandoah Circle as well as the management agreement between Signature Property Management and M/M Put.There is no specific verbiage about a termination fee, however the management agreement that the owner signed clearly states that the contract is for years It does say that it can be terminated at the end of a lease term BUT it must be at the later of either the expiration date in the 2nd paragraph or the end of a lease term.TERMINATION/AUTOMATIC RENEWAL:This Agreement may be terminated by either party at the later of: (i) the expiration date set forth in the second paragraph of this Agreement; or (ii) at the end of the lease term for any Tenant procured by Agent; upon providing the other party thirty (30) days prior written notice before the applicable termination date.There was not trash left at the house The blinds were torn and the vinyl in the Master Bathroom was torn- both of which were fixed and deducted from the tenant's deposit and credited to the owner via ACH on 9/21/ The tenants had someone cut the grass and trim the bushes the day after the inspection and I went back to confirm that it was done It was done although I do agree that the bushes weren't trimmed correctly [redacted] and I discussed this and I had a man go out to trim the bushes This was paid for by me personally I'm not sure what other damages she is referring to- there were no other damages Other than the before mentioned repairs (which were fixed) the house was left in very good condition.I'm sorry she feels it was poor management

Review: I was not happy with the way this management company does business so I wanted out of their contract. Under their contract I signed does not state an early termination fee. When now that I ask to terminate their services they tell me I have to pay 250 as an early termination fee that is not stated. I stated I would gladly pay it if they can show me where it states that. They too cannot show me or tell me where it's on the contract I signed. I believe they are ripping me off, making up fees as they go and trying to take my money.Desired Settlement: I am in no desire to do business with them. I want to see where it states the early termination fee.

Review: I was told by agent [redacted] that I was bound to a legal contract with no way out, without initialing and it being ratified. When I asked to see the contract, I was completely ignored by agent [redacted] and only to my own investigation did I speak with agent [redacted] to be told there never was a contract that was ratified that I was bound too. [redacted] asked me to pay a 500.00 deposit at the same time I was asking to back out of the contract. [redacted] should have told me as long as I have not initialed the contract and had it ratified then I was not obligated to pay a 500.00 deposit or any amount of money at that point.Desired Settlement: I would like a formal explanation of what the intentions of [redacted] AND [redacted] were during this process.
