Our grinder pump alarm went off, brant came to house and stated and billed us that he replace the the alarm float. The next day, the alarm went off again. Someone else came today 7-13, he stated that.the floats.needs replaced. Upon further review , it was nothice.that the alarm.float wasn't replaced, which I was billed for
False billing and misleading customer.
