 I am rejecting this response because: The response is filled with inaccuracies, when I spoke to Lyndsey, I was honest and upfront in regards to my credit standing. Because if this process was based on credit alone, then we would've never taken the next step. What Lyndsey had communicated to me was credit was just one portion and it would be likely there would be a condition added in order to get approval which would mean a higher security deposit, etc. That being said, there is no evidence that any of the other criteria was even looked at by the "screening" process. I have 17 years of perfect rental history, ZERO convictions, I have 10 years at the same job which paid me $86,000 dollars last year, and none of this was verified nor was anyone spoken to. So you want me to believe because my credit score was below average, none of these other criteria didn't warrant at least an offer...with conditions ? The very thing you have printed in your brochure ?Additionally, I received no assurance that because you sent me a letter indicating I had already rented from you that is was a grievous mistake and I am not in your system. It matters not to me that your company is the one who spent the $75 dollars, I was misled into thinking by starting the process the $75 dollars was well spent, it wasn't and I want that reimbursed to me.I spent the better part of a month trying to get answers that you claim I should have gotten within 72 hours, I am not satisfied with your response.
