We regret making some mistakes on the installation of the project Unfortunately human error does occur from time to time and we always try to make things right The initial leak was caused by an issue with the overflow When we were notified of the leak, we responded and fixed the problem We fixed the drywall damaged by the leak, repainted the ceiling, and paid for a cleaning service to clean the carpet that got wet in the process In addition, we refunded the customer $ The sealant that we use is made specifically for use in bathroom environments and contains a mildewcide It is the best product on the market that we know of, but no sealant is mold and mildew proof We are continuing to work with the customer to try to understand why they have issues with the sealant We left messages for the customer to set up a time to address the cosmetic issues mentioned in the complaint and hope to resolve them as soon as possible
Contracted with Re-Bath & More due to the quality of products offered, their ability to do all desired renovation work and a local reputation for service Work involved replacing vanities, tops and fixtures in baths, new master bath mirror and replacing a one-piece tub/shower unit with custom shower design Sales and installation personnel were very professional All work was completed in days with no significant problems Some minor wall damage (created primarily by previous owner having jammed an oversized vanity into a tight space) was fully repaired during the new installationThey provided prompt follafter the sale and a re-check one year later to ensure satisfaction We are extremely pleased with all the work done by Re-Bath & More
Paid $8,000 to have a tub/shower and toilet installed in Late June 2015. The workers ripped our floor which we weren't going to replace, put holes in our walls, and scratches on the walls. They agreed to replace the floor, but the floor bubbled up the next day. Finally got someone else to finish the job. What a scam. After many letters and phone calls, we finally got some money back, but definitely not enough for all the damage the did. It took 4 months to get job finished.

Work involved replacing vanities, tops and fixtures in 2 baths, new master bath mirror and replacing a one-piece tub/shower unit with custom shower design. Sales and installation personnel were very professional. All work was completed in 3 days with no significant problems. Some minor wall damage (created primarily by previous owner having jammed an oversized vanity into a tight space) was fully repaired during the new installation. They provided prompt follow-up after the sale and a re-check one year later to ensure satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with all the work done by Re-Bath & More.
