Hello,After reviewing the complaint and customer contact information I am not finding this customer in our system. I am thinking this customer meant to send a complaint to the Georgia Revdex.com. The customers address is from P[redacted]. We only do remodels in Phoenix, AZ. Please contact me at...

Hello [redacted],I want to start by saying Re-Bath & Kitchens is not affiliated with BKR. However, the person who operates BKR was once an employee of ours therefore we want to reimburse you the $100. We are very sorry about the experience you had. This is not how we do business and I feel...
terrible about your frustrations. Danielle B[redacted]

Customer was then contacted March 12th by phone to be reminded of install start date of 3/17/14. On Monday March 17th, the...
field tech tried several times to contact customer on way to residence. upon reaching residence the field tech contacted office notifying us that the customer was not home. customer finally contacted office late Monday afternoon and spoke with construction manager apologizing that he was not avaiable when we arrived. We confirmed with customer that we would be there Tuesday morning at 8am sharp in order for the job to be completed on schedule. Tuesday morning at 8am, technician was at residence and customer was again did not answer our phone calls or door. The office contacted customer and the customer asked if we could give him a half hour that he wasnt ready for us to begin project. Our technician went to breakfast and came back at 8:45, customer was still not available and admitted he was not even at residence and wouldn't be until late Tuesday afternoon. Customer was then notified by production manager that due to us being unable to start on a timely manner, the job would have to be rescheduled. Customer contacted us March 28th and requested that we cancel his job. We notified him of a 25% restocking fee per contract, customer agreed and job was cancelled. After cancellation the customer contacted the creditor to state that he was charged for work that was not performed, upon investigation the claim was deemed unfounded and restocking fees still applied. On 4/22/14 customer contacted Re-bath asking to speak to the owner. Owner informed him we would not refund him the restocking charges due to breach of contract on the customers part. The customer then asked if he decided to go forward with the project would he incur any additional costs or fees. Owner informed him that he would not, we would fulfill original contract. Customer stated he would think about it and contact us upon his decision. Customer then contacted us to schedule a time to resign a new contract at original price on 6/18/14. Customer was 45minutes late for his appointment with design consultant. Job was then scheduled for 7/14/14 and completed on 7/18/14. We feel that this customer was afforded every courtesy and all contractual guidelines were followed.
There is no contract in existence that we installed a counter top for this customer. Attached contract shows the project total was $14,396 not $31,000 as [redacted] shows in the complaint. Also, the date of purchase was 10/20/09 shown in contract, not 1/6/10 as [redacted] shows in the...
complaint. Our concern is that Re-Bath did not install the counter top, however, even if customer could provide the paperwork this is not a product covered by a life time warranty and per ROC guidelines this would be out of the warranty period.
We are working with the customer to resolve the issue.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform...
this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
We used re bath for a very large bathroom remodel in March 2014. Hopefully after today we will be done with this company! The finished product is good but the stress and redo we went through Shows we should have gone elsewhere in the first place.
We were given a man who could not lay tile and o
It had to be removed by someone else. About 10 months after finish I was in shower and a shelf fell on broke, chipped floor and cracked marble seat. The shelves were never secured correctly the first time. The service person never returns calls we had to go to office and speak to president to get the work done. Now it is July 29,2015 . He was supposed to be here at 9am. I called at 10am and he was on way arrived at 10:40. I hope it looks good and is correct after all this. Yes the final project like but would never go to re bath or recommend them.
Re-bath and 5 day Kitchens was hired by to preform a bathroom remodel on my master bathroom. This job started on 7-7-2014 and scheduled to finish on 7-18-2014. Most of the remodel was complete in time; however the ceiling texture was not done properly and a tile got dropped on the new shower pan. They repaired the pan but the ceiling texture is not complete and we are now over a month into this project. My perception is that it is more important to start the next job on time than to fix the one that was not done right in the first place. I am having to work around there schedule to get the job complete as opposed to them working around mine. For example, they do not call when they say the will call. The communication is sub-par.

Re-Bath's/5-Day Kitchen's ad in the Mesa newspaper stated "Bathroom Packages Starting at $2990". When the design consultant showed up, measured our bathroom, and proceeded on a Re-Bath Sales pitch, he informed us the advertised "deal" was only for a "Phase 1" renovation, which only included the 'wet area' or the bath tub or shower! A complete job requires both Phase 1 & Phase 2 (toilet, vanity, sink, etc.). The $2990 could jump as high as $15,000! We informed the consultant this is "false advertising" and Re-bath needs to state the $2990 only covers a Phase 1 job- a savvy buyer could then ask what a Phase 1 job included, before being misled down the proverbial garden path! We would not recommend this business to anyone looking to renovate a bathroom or kitchen
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
Well this would explain why neither Re-Bath or I, [redacted] have paperwork on the counter tops that were installed in my bathrooms when both my bathrooms were remodeled in 2009.(Re-Bath did not bother to provide it!!!) And yes Re-Bath installed these counter tops in both my bathrooms!!!!!!!! Granted it was the Re-Bath that was located on Railroad Springs Rd in Flagstaff AZ and not the Re-Bath in the Phoenix area so this may be news to them and to insinuate that I had these counter tops installed from some where else is an attempt to insult me. I can see why the RailRoad Springs outfit is out of business due to these types of unethical practices. Why would I have 2 entire bathrooms done by Re-Bath and then ask someone else to put in countertops? Does it make sense for you to come in and JUST install walls and no cabinets, toilets, mirrors, towel racks, baths, showers
Rebath found this 1 piece of paperwork on the, wainscoating' (walls) but I notice there was no paperwork for the toilets the cabinets the mirrors the walk in shower etc.. shown in this rebuttal. Also I see no paperwork on the check that you received from the bank for the final payment, (the bank that Re-Bath was working with) Provide those things show you are an ethical company.
AT THIS TIME PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COPY OF THE ENERBANK PAYMENT TO RE-BATH OF NORTHERN ARIZONA
A.) 10/23/09 I BORROWED $23,955.00. $11,977.50 WAS AN UP FRONT PAYMENT TO RE-BATH. RE-BATH COULD NOT START THE REMODEL UNTIL FEB. OF2010 BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY.
B.) 02/10/10 ENERBANK ISSUES A CHECK TO RE-BATH OF NORTHERN ARIZONA FOR ANOTHER $11,977.50 AFTER THE INSTALL IS COMPLETED.
Macopa...I remembered the amount of the job wrong. I believe at this point that Re-Bath of Northern Arizona that was located on Railroad Springs did not give me all of the paperwork and lead me to believe that their products were guaranteed for life. They installed a sink that was patched and now are out of business. Now Re Bath has sent a representative that was rude and condescending and now is trying to make this situation appear as if ReBath was never paid and never did the remodeling job that I have in my home. (If that is the case could I please have the refund or the difference in the amount of money that EnerBank issued to ReBath...that would surely make up for the hole in the sink.)
I suspect that this response was written by the same 'representative' that came into my home and it shows the same disrespect that he did, the same disrespectful tone and the attempt to make it appear that I had only a small amount of remodeling done by Re-Bath in 2009 is unethicAL TO SAY THE LEAST and about what I expected at this point. Did anyone talk to the Northern Arizona Supervisor, he saw my bathrooms and he could have told you that a lot more than 12 thousand dollars went into my bathrooms. Yet someone let this man again attempt to insult me?
This is not good busy practice.....But whatever I have friends, who have friends, who have friends...social media is a wonderful thing
Customer cancelled contract on 12/1/15, 3 weeks after contract was signed. Per contract customer owes 25% of contract total.
We visited the Arrowhead Lakes store in Glendale AZ to have a bathroom remodel. We were told they partner with Re-Bath. We were under the impression we could pick out what we want and have it installed. We went to visit a Re-Bath store. They came out and looked at the job. We were given a price of over $10,000 to pull a tub and install a shower. We already had 3 other companies that came in under $4,500. Re-Bath blasted Home Depot for having cheap products and would not use their products. This is sure not what I wanted to hear. Re-Bath is a scam business. We just wanted to remove the tub and put in a walk-in shower and new vanity top. That's it.. They have a 3 phase system that runs the cost over the top. Never do business with these people!
