I am sorry Mr*** states that the work that we did originally is not in question yet the very next sentence states that it does, I am confused. I have stated that we do not cover caulk after years and the warranty does not apply. We have an A+ rating because we do take care of warranty issues and our customers. Mr***'s complaint has nothing to do with a warranty issue. Mr*** wants to pay for a service that based on the phone conversation and his letter he stated he will not be happy with anything we do. So we will recommend him to someone else

Mr. [redacted]'s bathroom was installed on 10/17/2007. Included is his contract and his completion and satisfaction form. As you can see it has been signed that Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with the job. On Monday May the 8th 2017. Mr [redacted] came in and was complaining...
about the caulk job on his system from 10 years ago which I have nothing in my records that states we came out there over and over 10 years ago. I told him there was no warranty on the caulk especially after 10 years and told him I would call him with a service charge amount. After speaking with him on the 10th of May he continually tried to get out of having to pay the amount that I had given him. Saying only 40% of the caulk needed to be done could we charge him that or maybe just for a service call so he wouldn't have to pay the full amount. In each instance I told him no that this was the charge. He asked for a warranty or some type of guarantee that it would be done to his satisfaction. At this point in time I realized that he wouldn't have been happy with anything that we did. So I told him that I could refer him to another handyman that could help him at possibly a lower price and since it isn't under warranty anyone could do the work.At this point in time I am offering to refer him to a handyman to help him.
